Nickname Growing Up: "Ritchie" I have since dropped "T" and the "IE" was traded for a "Y" when I was 12 because "Richy" was much cooler! haha. Then when I turned 15 I dropped the "Y" Like "Rich" is the coolest name there is! But for some reason women and Doug still like to call me "Richy"
People Would Be Shocked If They Knew: I got into radio because i was a frustrated musician and came to find out everyone else in radio is here for the same reason!
