You must be a Doug Club member to participate and Winners will be drawn randomly through our automated system. Club Members can enter this contest once per day by signing in to their membership and clicking on Doug's Instant Cash Contest, where you'll also earn points toward future giveaways for each entry.

1. No purchase necessary.

2. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted.

3. The contest is open to residents of the United States who are over the age of 18 years, as of the date of contest entry.

4. Only one entry per club member will be permitted.

5. Employees, agents, successors and assignees of Stephan Productions, its radio shows, radio networks or distribution sources and their advertising agencies and promotional companies, as well as household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prizes. The parties acknowledge that Stephan Productions is not liable for reimbursement of any prizes otherwise payable to promotion contestants who are in violation of this provision.

6. All federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Potential winner must execute any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form or e-mail correspondence prior to accepting any portion of the prize. Noncompliance within this may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected.

8. By entering the contest, contestant agrees to grant Stephan Productions and sponsors permission to use their names, characters, photographers, voices and likeness in connection with promotion of this and other contests and must waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use. Winners must waive any and all claims for liability against Stephan Productions, its affiliates and their respective employees and agents for any personal injury or loss which may occur from participation in the contest or from use of the prize.

9. This contest is solely administered by Stephan Productions, producer of Doug Stephan’s Good Day and The Talkradio Count Down Show, any affiliated companies and insurers are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, late or lost entries sent the through the United States Postal Service, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.

10. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this promotion, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses Stephan Productions reserves the right to terminate a contestant's eligibility to participate. In the event that any portion of this promotion is comprised by virus, bugs, hackers, non-authorized intervention or other causes beyond the control of Stephan Productions and sponsors which, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the promotion, , Stephan Productions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the promotion. Stephan Productions and any affiliated companies and insurers are not responsible for any entry, which is generated by computer hardware or software, malfunction, error or failure, or is tampered with or subject to any non-authorized human intervention.

11. The winner will be determined by a random drawing from all entries that comply with these rules.

12. Stephan Productions reserves the right to change or modify contest rules without prior notice.

13. Contest is void where prohibited by law.
