But nowadays, they don't just love eating it, your shoppers want to know everything about it: where it came from, how it was produced, who produced it, if it's sustainable or local or organic. Everything! More than ever before, the issues surrounding the food we eat, and how foods are consumed around the world are hot topics. While the universe seems to be swamped with cooking shows, reality cooking shows, supermarket game shows and tons of food photos; very few are actually addressing conversations surrounding food.
