Tony Danza Considers Running For NYC MayorAug-24-2012
Forget the buzz circling former congressman Anthony Weiner's potential run for mayor: actor Tony Danza is now voicing interest in showing New York City who's the boss in 2013.
The Wall Street Journal reports Danza opened up about his rather unexpected political ambitions at the premiere of Joseph Gordon Levitt's "Premium Rush" film on Wednesday.
Danza said, "I'm of a certain age, and you see things, and you think maybe you could help. You say: 'Let me fix the city. Let me run for Mayor."
