I am like you... busy, over booked, scheduled to the minute balancing family, kids, computer, emails, meals, shopping, dry cleaning, laundry and free time. I cannot encourage you enough to wake up and do something for yourself! YES that's right- drop the laundry and put your computer down and for the next minute close your eyes and breathe. You will be amazed at how long a minute is when you sit still. Count your breaths and see if you are under 6 breaths in a minute... this means you are calm, blood pressure normal, and able to handle the stress. More than 6 breaths and you need to a take a longer break! Have a wonderful day!!!
