In the latest in a string of school violence that has occurred across the nation, a 16-year old teenage boy wielding two kitchen knives went on a stabbing rampage at his high school in Pennsylvania, injuring twenty students and a security officer.
Dr. Kathy Seifert specializes in the assessment and treatment of individuals who are at risk for violence and are emotionally disturbed, behaviorally disordered, victimized, delinquent, and/or suffer from attachment disorder.
She's the author of "How Children Become Violent," and the college textbook "Youth Violence." Dr. Seifert is the CEO of Eastern Shore Psychological Services and has worked for more than 30 years in the areas of mental health, criminal justice and addictions.
