Put Blue Fish or Flounder filet skin side down on aluminum foil
Take a smear of mayonnaise
Add sliced tomatoes, onions and lemons
Add salt, pepper, oregano and garlic to the mixture and add to open fish
Fold up the aluminum foil around it, to make a little pipe and put it on the grill
When the pipe starts to steam, the fish is done
