Shelley Hallmark was born in Vancouver, British Columbia and grew up in the suburb of Port Coquitlam. She has always had her own thirst for personal growth and self-empowerment and with the publications of many Self-Help authors' books she found an avenue to inspire and motivate herself beyond the imaginable. As a first time author she seeks to inspire and motivate others in a unique way as well, much like that of her mentors.
