Dear Doug,
ARE YOU LONESOME TONIGHT? BECAUSE IT'S NOW OR NEVER, and please DON'T BE CRUEL, because I'm ALL SHOOK UP. I'M STUCK ON YOU, you're my BOSSA NOVA, BABY, especially in your BLUE SUEDE SHOES.
Let's SHAKE, RATTLE AND ROLL in VIVA LAS VEGAS, where I can be YOUR GOOD LUCK CHARM. You're a BIG HUNK O' LOVE, and if you just SURRENDER, you can WEAR MY RING AROUND YOUR NECK.
I'm not a HARD-HEARTED WOMAN and if you TREAT ME NICE you can be my TEDDY BEAR.
I know you're not a PUPPET ON A STRING, but if (YOU'RE THE) DEVIL IN DISGUISE, I'll have ONE BROKEN HEART FOR SALE. I'll be CRYING IN THE CHAPEL, or staying at the HEARTBREAK HOTEL.
It's just that I'm STUCK ON YOU, TUTTI FRUTTI. I JUST CAN'T HELP FALLING IN LOVE. I WANT YOU, I NEED YOU, I LOVE YOU.
But, NOW AND THEN THERE'S A FOOL SUCH AS I and if you sign this RETURN TO SENDER, we'll go our SEPARATE WAYS, IN THE GHETTO, our FLAMING STAR will be put out in the KENTUCKY RAIN and SUSPICIOUS MINDS will know you're just a HOUND DOG.
HAPPY ELVIS WEEK!!!!!!!!

Yesterday, Tomorrow, and Today

There are two days in every week about which we should not worry.
Two days which should be kept free from fear and apprehension.

One of these days is yesterday with its mistakes and cares,
Its faults and blunders, Its aches and pains.
Yesterday has passed forever beyond our control.
All the money in the world cannot bring back yesterday.
We cannot undo a single act we performed.
We cannot erase a single word we said. Yesterday is gone.

The other day we should not worry about is tomorrow.
With its possible adversities, Its burdens, Its large promise and poor performance.
Tomorrow is also beyond our immediate control.
Tomorrow’s Sun will rise, either in splendor or behind a mask of clouds, but it will rise.
Until it does, we have no stake in tomorrow, for it is yet unborn.

This just leaves only one day...Today.
Any person can fight the battles of just one day.
It is only when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternity’s -
yesterday and tomorrow that we break down.
It is not the experience of today that drives people mad.
It is the remorse of bitterness for something which happened yesterday
and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.

Let us therefore live but one day at a time.
