James Gandolfini's last meal: Fried food fest, 8 alcoholic drinks

Hollywood icon James Gandolfini's last meal, in a hotel room in Italy, was a fried-food filled affair topped by eight alcoholic drinks, a hospital official said on Thursday.

Mr. Gandolfini is believed to have died from a massive heart attack around 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Newser reported. He was 51-years-old and best known, perhaps, for his leading role in the "Sopranos."

An autopsy conducted in Italy on Friday found the actor's belly full of food. Newser said. The New York Post reported his last meal: Eight alcoholic beverages, including four shots of rum, two pina coladas and two beers. And two orders of fried king prawns. He also had an order of foie gras, Newser said.
