Bestfares.com has a easy-friendly booking tool that will help you fare compare nearby alternate airports with one single search. When booking, just click on our nearby airports feature and you can choose up to three nearby departure and arrival airports to compare the cheapest prices.

For example, if you live in San Francisco and are planning a trip to Boston, by clicking our "Compare Nearby Airport" feature you should request fares from San Francisco, San Jose (CA) and Oakland.
